Our knowledgeable team is dedicated to supporting and celebrating the collective endeavours that shape our community. From avid cyclists to passionate volunteers and local organizations, we recognize and honour those who fuel our shared love for two-wheeled adventures.

Partners

PACA

The Penticton and Area Cycling Association (PACA) works with city, provincial government and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in securing access to rural and urban landscapes, allowing residents and tourists alike to better enjoy time spent on their bikes. They are a not-for-profit organization run by a dedicated group of volunteers to provide members a supportive and social network for cycling.

Spirit North

Spirit North is a national charitable organization that uses land-based activities to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous youth, empowering them to become unstoppable in sport, school and life. Through the transformative power of sport and play, our participants learn important lessons, discover untold potential and build the confidence and courage needed to overcome the hardships Indigenous youth often face.

GoByBike BC

GoByBike envisions a future where cycling is the preferred method of transport.

Since 2011, GoByBike BC has engaged, organized, implemented, and coordinated annual cycling events for communities across the province.

PeachDuro

The RPR Heating & Air Conditioning PeachDuro, is an enduro style event is going to be perfect for intermediate riders ages 12 and up. Come join us for this awesome one-day event. PeachDuro racing happens during Penticton Peach Fest on Sunday, Aug. 13 in the fabulous Three Blind Mice trail network.

Trestle Tour

Join us for this fun oriented, non-competitive event. The 80km route starts with 18 trestles and two tunnels, beautiful views, flat profile for the first 36km then a 2.2% decline to Penticton.

The 40km route starts at the half way point "Chute Lake" goes through Rock Oven Regional Park, Naramata Wine Country and is a 2.2% decline to Penticton. Bring your Camera!

BC Bike Race

The BC Bike Race is an annual 7-day mountain bike stage race held throughout British Columbia, traditionally held during Early July. On average 600 racers ride an average of 50 kilometres per day on single track trails.

BC Bike Race also hosts other multi-day stage races. MegaVolt is the E-MTB multi-stage event and the Gravel Explorer is a gravel bike specific multi-stage race.

Mountain Biking BC

Mountain Biking BC began in 2010 as an initiative of the Western Canada Mountain Bike Tourism Association (MBTA) to unite mountain bike sector and to position British Columbia as the most diverse mountain biking region in the world.

TrailForks

Trailforks is a trail management system for outdoor enthusiasts, trail builders/associations, government and tourism. It aims to provide the very best tools to inventory, maintain, promote and showcase trail networks and tourism destination.

The Trailforks App harnesses all this data and provides users with the best tool for planning their next destination and on-trail experience of navigation and safety.

Freedom Rides

With tons of gorgeous weather and incredible terrain for riding bikes around the valley, we've organized a few reoccurring group rides to get people out and about on two wheels.
