Delivery/Pick-up fees start @ $50/reservation and are based on time, distance & asset availability.

Things to remember & limitations;

If you use clipless pedals, be sure to bring both your pedals and shoes. If you're riding for extra-long distances, you may want to bring your own saddle. For your safety, we provide a helmet with all rentals. If you need to transport bikes from store please be thoughtful and consider how you will transport without causing interference or damage to bikes.

Our bikes are NOT to be used in any Bike Park, Lift Line or Adventure events & environments!

Competitive event bookings such as ITU Multisport or Ironman events require a three-day minimum rental reservation.
 

MEGAVOLT

We have 22 E-MTB's available to rent as a special MegaVolt Festival package! The Festival runs May 31- June 2nd.

Please navigate back to our Rentals page. Choose May 31 & June 1st as your dates (we will adjust to include Sunday May 2nd once booking is completed online). 

Choose the Category of bike: Mountain E-Bikes.

Then scroll through our selection of EMTB's and make your choice.

Then complete your booking and include 'MegaVolt' in the notes field (to ensure we adjust to include Sunday May 2nd). 

We will be able to deliver & pick up your rentals at our booth in Naramata @ MegaVolt!

We will be onsite for the entire event performing Tech Support, Test/Demo rides and supporting you!

MegaVolt Package is $360 + gst. This includes delivery & drop-off at our MegaVolt Tech Support booth!

The Okanagan Granfondo on July 14th, 2024 requires a minimum 2 day rental reservation with return of bike(s) at the event Expo at the Giant/Liv/Cadex/Freedom Bike Shop booth (to be confirmed).

FREEDOM RENTAL CLIENTS booking for Trestles Tour: Please book your bike/s for Saturday July 6th and call or email us to adjust your rental for 2 days (July 6 & 7 inclusive, overnight & pick-up fee's waived). Please also put a "NOTE" in your booking that you are renting bikes for use in the TRESTLE TOUR. Freedom will have staff at Finish to pick-up bikes.
The Okanagan Trestle Tour Shuttle Service will take your bikes on Saturday from Penticton Trade and Convention Centre to Myra Canyon (secure area) or Chute Lake (secure area).
 

Sunday The Okanagan Trestle Tour Shuttle Service will shuttle 80 km participants at 7:30am from Penticton (Penticton Trade and Convention Centre) (Complimentary Parking) to the event start at Myra Canyon. 8:00am loading for the 40km event participants starting at Chute Lake.

Reservations are for full day rentals only.
